參加活動基本條件 Basic requirements for joining:

  • 18歲或以上 18 years old or above;
  • 2年內曾以MTB 2小時內環塘 Use MTB to complete the Tai Lam Chung Reservoir MTB Trail Loop in 2 hours, within 2 years;
  • 今年有持續操水、操山、操車 Continuous swim, run and bike training this year。


路線 Routes:

游 Swim:

新咖啡灣泳灘下水,沿紅色浮波線,向黃金泳灘方向游,長約500公尺;上岸後再下水沿相同路線反方向游返起點。總長度大約1000公尺,預計完成時間 15-40分鐘。


Start at Cafeteria New Beach, swim along the red bloomline towards the Golden Beach, distance is about 500 m; after landed, get back to the water and swim along the same route in reverse direction. Total distance is about 1000 m. Projected finishing time 15-40 minutes.

越野單車 Mountian Bike:


經掃管笏村到大欖涌水塘,沿大欖越野單車徑反時針環塘一圈,返回黃金泳灘,約23公里,60%路段鋪砌路面,40%路段沙石路面,預計完成時間 70 -150分鐘。公路單車無法在那40%路段的沙石路面騎行。


Via So Kwun Wat, ride along the Tai Lam Chung Reservoir MTB Trail Loop in counter clockwise direction, and go back to Golden Beach. The distance is about 23km, 60% paved and 40% dirt. Projected finishing time 70-150 mins. It is not possible to use a road bike to ride along the 40% dirt trail.

越野跑 Trail Run:


沿清盈路上斜、在「山庭」西邊小徑上麥理浩徑第十段,在標距柱M194位置橫過引水道,沿山徑上九逕山、沿九逕山天梯下山、屯門徑 (九逕山段),接麥理浩徑第十段,經清盈路返終點,約8.4公里,海拔擎升500米,55%路段鋪砌路面,45%路段沙石路面;預計完成時間 60 - 120分鐘。


Go upslope via Tsing Ying Road, turn into the path at the West of "The Highland". At the Distance Post M194 of the MacLehose Trail Stage 10, cross the Catchwater and climb up to Kau Kong Shan along the small path. Go downhill along the "Ladder" and Tuen Mun Trail, back to MacLehose Trail Stage 10 in counter clockwise direction, via Tsing Ying Raod, back to Golden Beach. 8.4 km long, elevation gain 500 m, 55% paved and 45% dirt. projected finishing time 60-120 mins.
